Milwaukee Tote Rentals LLC ("we," "our," or "us") operates mketoterentals.com. This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and your rights regarding that information. We keep this simple because we're a small local business and we don't do anything complicated with your data.

Milwaukee Tote Rentals App

We offer a free iOS app (Milwaukee Tote Rentals) to help customers label and organize their tote contents during a move. The app is designed with your privacy in mind:

• No account required — the app does not require you to create an account or provide any personal information to use it.
• No data sent to us — all tote and inventory data you enter in the app is stored locally on your device only. We never receive, access, or transmit your app data.
• Camera access — the app requests access to your camera solely to scan QR codes printed on rental totes. Camera access is used only for this purpose and is never used to capture photos or video.
• No analytics in the app — the app does not include any analytics, advertising, or tracking SDKs.

You may delete the app at any time. Deleting the app permanently removes all locally stored tote data from your device.

Information We Collect

We collect information you provide directly when you contact us to book a rental:

• Name
• Phone number
• Delivery address
• Payment information (credit card — processed securely by Stripe, not stored by us)
• Email address (if provided)

We also collect standard website analytics data (pages visited, time on site, general location) through Google Analytics. This data is anonymized and aggregated — we cannot identify individual visitors from analytics data.

How We Use Your Information

• To fulfill your rental order — delivery, pickup, and billing
• To contact you about your rental
• To improve our website and services

We do not sell your information to third parties. We do not send marketing emails without your explicit consent.

SMS Messaging

Milwaukee Tote Rentals LLC may send you SMS text messages related to your rental, including booking confirmations, delivery notifications, and pickup reminders. Messages are sent only to customers who have provided explicit consent via our online booking form at mketoterentals.com/book/.

We do not sell or share your SMS opt-in data or personal information with third parties for marketing purposes.

Data Retention

We retain customer records for the period required to fulfill your rental and resolve any disputes, typically no longer than two years after your last transaction with us.

Third-Party Services

We use the following third-party services:

• Google Analytics — website traffic analysis
• Cloudflare — website hosting and security
• Google Workspace — email
• Stripe — payment processing
• Twilio — SMS messaging

Each of these services has its own privacy policy governing how they handle data.
