Extension rates
Need more time? Extend by the week or by the day — no need to rebook. Weekly extensions are half your 2-week base price. Daily extensions let you add just the days you need, though daily × 7 always costs slightly more than a full week. Extending is always cheaper than booking a new 2-week rental.

Extension clock starts the day after your rental end date. No grace period — you'll receive reminders 3 days and 1 day before your due date so there's no surprise. Call or text to extend before your end date.

Traditional 2-wheel furniture mover available to rent — $25 per 2-week rental period. $10 refundable deposit required. Tote dollies (4-wheel rolling frames) are included free.

Need totes for just one week?
1-week rentals are available by phone — not bookable online. Call us at (414) 426-8481 to discuss. They're available at operator discretion, primarily for Studio and 1 Bedroom packages where no rental vehicle is required. Rate is 1.5× the weekly extension rate for your package. If you think you might need more than a week, a standard 2-week rental is almost always the better value.
Rental policy
Payment in full is collected at delivery — no deposit required to book. A $50 refundable deposit is included in your delivery payment, returned when all totes come back in good condition.
Add $15 to your rental for damage coverage. Covers up to 5 totes with physical damage, returned for inspection. Does not cover unreturned totes.
$10 per tote. Damaged totes must be returned for inspection — a tote that isn't returned is billed as missing, not damaged.

Extensions are available by the week or by the day. Call or text before your rental end date and we'll extend you. Weekly extension rates are 50% of your 2-week base price. Daily rates let you add just the days you need — though daily × 7 always costs slightly more than a full week, so committing to a week saves you money.
Is it cheaper to book 4 weeks upfront or extend week by week?
Booking 4 weeks upfront is always cheaper. The 4-week price is a genuine discount versus booking 2 weeks and extending twice at the weekly rate. For example: Studio 2-week + 2 weekly extensions = $199. Studio 4-week = $139. You save $60 by committing upfront.
Can I get totes delivered same day?
Often yes — call us at (414) 426-8481 to check availability. Same-day bookings carry a $50 convenience charge on top of the standard package price.
Can I add more totes mid-rental?
Yes. Add-on tote deliveries are available during an active rental. Minimum 5 totes per add-on run. The per-tote rate is $5 for the remaining rental period (prorated daily for the days left on your rental). A $20 delivery fee applies. Call to arrange — add-ons are phone-only.
Do you offer 1-week rentals?

Can I return the totes early?
Yes — early pickup can be scheduled with 48+ hours notice at no fee. The rental simply ends early with no refund of the unused period. The 2-week and 4-week prices are committed rental periods, not pay-per-day rates.
